Downgrade Plan 降级计划
Downgrades are not available once a service has been rendered. You may purchase a lower-tier service as a separate transaction for future analyses.

Cancel Service 取消服务
Pending orders may be cancelled before analysis generation. Once the report has been rendered, the service is complete and non-refundable under any circumstances.

退款政策 Refund Policy
All services are strictly non-refundable once the analysis report has been generated or the consultation has been conducted. No circumstances warrant a refund after service delivery. By purchasing, you acknowledge full responsibility for your decision.
