1. 服务协议 Service Agreement

By accessing or using Revolution 啟典™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform provides AI-powered name analysis services based on traditional Chinese naming methodologies, including but not limited to BaZi (八字), Wu Ge (五格), Five Elements (五行), character decomposition (拆字), and numerology systems.

使用 Revolution 啟典™（"本平台"）即表示您同意受本服务条款约束。本平台提供基于中国传统命名学的AI智能姓名分析服务，包括但不限于八字、五格、五行、拆字及数理系统。

2. 退款政策 Refund Policy — Non-Refundable

IMPORTANT / 重要声明

All payments are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This includes all tiers of analysis — Name Analysis ($38), Advanced Analysis ($128), AI Name Crafting ($388), and Expert Consultation ($1,200). No circumstances warrant a refund after the analysis report has been generated or the consultation has been conducted.

所有服务一经提供，费用概不退还。包括所有服务层级 — 姓名解析（$38）、深度解析（$128）、AI智能改名（$388）及专家咨询（$1,200）。分析报告生成后或咨询完成后，任何情况均不予退款。

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that you have made an informed, voluntary decision to purchase our services and that you take full responsibility for this decision.

完成付款即表示您确认并接受：您已做出知情、自愿的购买决定，并对此决定承担全部责任。

3. 用户责任 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decision to purchase and use our services. The analysis results provided are for informational and reference purposes only. Revolution 啟典™ does not guarantee any specific outcomes in life, career, health, or fortune based on name analysis.

If you choose to share, circulate, or distribute your analysis results to any third party, you do so at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from such distribution.

您对购买和使用我们服务的决定承担全部责任。分析结果仅供参考。Revolution 啟典™ 不保证基于姓名分析的任何特定人生、事业、健康或运势结果。若您选择向第三方分享、传阅或分发您的分析结果，您将自行承担由此产生的一切后果。

4. 数据保护与隐私 Data Protection & Privacy

Revolution 啟典™ is fully compliant with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and all applicable worldwide personal data protection regulations. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

We will not distribute, sell, share, or disclose your personal details — including your name, date of birth, analysis results, or any other personal information — to any third party without your explicit written approval.

Revolution 啟典™ 完全遵守新加坡《个人数据保护法》(PDPA)、欧盟《通用数据保护条例》(GDPR) 及全球所有适用的个人数据保护法规。我们承诺保护您的个人信息。未经您的明确书面同意，我们不会向任何第三方分发、出售、分享或披露您的个人资料。

5. 知识产权 Intellectual Property

All analysis reports, methodologies, algorithms, content, and materials produced by Revolution 啟典™ are protected by intellectual property laws. Each report is individually watermarked and traceable. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our reports is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Revolution 啟典™ 生成的所有分析报告、方法论、算法、内容及材料均受知识产权法保护。每份报告均有独立水印且可追溯。未经授权的复制、再分发或商业使用将被严格禁止，并可能导致法律追诉。

6. 账户管理 Account Management

Credit Card Changes 更换信用卡

To update your payment method, please contact our support team via the Help Center or email us at [email protected]. Our AI assistant can guide you through the process instantly.

Personal Details Updates 更新个人信息

You may update your personal details (name, email, phone) through the Help Center. For security purposes, identity verification may be required for certain changes.

Plan Upgrades 升级计划

You may upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier at any time. The price difference will be calculated and charged accordingly. Contact support or use the Help Center for assistance.

Plan Downgrades 降级计划

Downgrades are not available once a service has been rendered. If you wish to purchase a lower-tier service in the future, you may do so as a separate transaction.

Cancellations 取消服务

You may cancel a pending order before the analysis has been generated. Once the analysis report has been rendered, the service is considered complete and no cancellation or refund is possible under any circumstances.

7. 免责声明 Disclaimer

The name analysis services provided by Revolution 啟典™ are based on traditional Chinese metaphysics, numerology, and AI-powered linguistic analysis. These services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or any other regulated field.

Any references to public figures' names or birth dates used in examples or demonstrations are sourced from publicly available information and are used solely for educational illustration. A separate disclaimer applies to such usage.

8. 适用法律 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

本服务条款受新加坡共和国法律管辖并据其解释。因本条款引起或与之相关的任何争议应受新加坡法院的专属管辖。
